VIDEO: Senator Modu Sheriff’s escort vehicle crashes on Kano- Kaduna Highway

The escort vehicle of former Borno State governor, Senator Ali Modu Sheriff was involved in an accident on Kano- Kaduna highway on Monday morning.

Solacebase gathered that the accident occurred around Kafin Mayaki, Kwanar Dangora around 11.30am with 6 Police personnel injured.

An eyewitness told Solacebase that the police van ran into an articulated vehicle and the police driver that got stuck in the car had to be pulled out.

Although the All Progressive Congress, (APC) Chieftain, Ali Modu Sheriff was not in the convoy, the badly injured police escort driver was rushed to hospital by good Samaritans.

The police personnel said they were on their way to Abuja from Kano.
