Former governor of Kano State, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, on Wednesday emerged as the presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party at the party’s presidential primary election.
The former Senator was unanimously elected by 774 party delegates of the party from the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja through voice voting method.
