Serving House Member Representing Wudil/Garko federal constituency, Hon Muhammed Ali Wudil has emerged unopposed as APC flag bearer in the upcoming 2023 general election.
Ali Wudil who has been an occupant of the seat for the fourth time was declared winner of the primaries as unopposed.
Announcing the winner secretary of the primary election committee Malam Isa revealed that from Garko 50 delegates voted and 45 delegates’ votes were valid while 5 were rendered invalid.

He added that, Wudil delegates 48 votes were valid and only two were rendered invalid. According to him, the serving House Member has been declared the winner as no other aspirant entered the contest with him.
With his victory, Ali Wudil will be contesting for the seat for the fifth time. The primary was said to have been conducted peacefully.
