Some All Progressives Congress members from Kano on Monday held a peaceful protest at the party’s national secretariat in Abuja.

The members who are large in number were seen chanting slogan in support of the member representing Kano Municipal in the House of Representatives Shaaban Ibrahim Sharada.

They are accusing the state leadership of the party of sidelining all loyalists of President Buhari from party activities on the orders of the state governor Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje.

In January, Shaaban Sharada who chairs the House Committee on National Security and Intelligence was denied revalidation of his membership of the party where members of the revalidation committee refused to revalidate his membership at his Salanta Polling Unit of Sharada.
