Gov. Ortom speaks of his attack after meeting Buhari

Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom has said he had no reason to raise a false alarm that he was attacked if such did not happen.

Ortom expressed sadness about those who doubted the incident, saying that he wondered what benefit he would derive from raising a false alarm.

The Benue State governor stated in an interview with State House correspondents shortly after he met President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

Ortom said that he did not pray that his worst enemy goes through what he went through.

He said Buhari had accepted some suggestions he made on the security situation in the state.

The governor insisted that he did not do anything wrong in enacting a law beneficial to the state.
