Niger State Governor Abubakar Sani Bello has said the passengers who were abducted a week ago have been released.
Gov. Abubakar Bello announced this on his Twitter handle on Sunday afternoon.
The tweet said the state government has secured their release.

Solacebase reports that 21 passengers were abducted by bandits on their way from Kontagora to Minna last Sunday.
