President Muhamadu Buhari on Friday declared that the Nigerian constitution does not allow him to contest for a third term as President, assuring that he will leave by 2023.
The president remark came contrary to speculations in some quarters that he was perfecting ways for that
However addressing the ongoing National Executive Council meeting of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abuja, Buhari asked all the leaders of the party to show more seriousness and dominant politically in their constituencies, adding that it will be shameful if APC collapse after his tenure.
