The remains of former Managing Director , Kano State Radio Corporation ,Umar Saidu Tudunwada was Buried on Sunday evening.
The funeral prayers observed at 6.15pm at his house , Hausawa quarters , Tarauni local government area, of Kano State was led by Chairman Council of Ulama, Shiek Ibrahim Khalil.
He was later buried at Farm Center cemetery in the Metropolis.
Among those at the funeral prayers were former Kano state governor and Senator Kano Central, Malam Ibrahim Shekarau, District Head of Tudun Wada, Alhaji Muhammad Bashir Dankade, Chairman Freedom Radio Group, Alhaji Ado Muhammad and Vice Chancellor, National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) Prof. Abdallah Adamu
Others include Alhaji Rabiu Zakariya, former Kano Head of Service, Jubril Zarewa, INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner, Katsina and former President of Nigeria Guild of Editors Baba Halilu Dantiye.
Umar Saidu Tudunwada, Dan Masani Tudun Wada, died on Sunday in a road accident at Kura, Kura local government area, on his way from Abuja after attending Broadcasting Organization of Nigeria meeting.
