The Rano Emirate Council in Kano state on Monday issued query to four District Heads over alleged insubordination.
The District Heads include Doguwa, Alhaji Aliyu Harazimi ,Kura, Alhaji Bello Ado Bayero, Garun Malam Abubakar Gwadabe Buhari and Takai , Alhaji Lamido Danburan Haruna.
The query letters dated June 17th was signed by Rano Emirate Council Secretary, Muhammad Idris Rano.
Copies of the letters obtained by Solacebase, alleged that letters of invitation were forwarded to the District Heads on May 28th with reference number REC/HD/1/V1/001 for them to pay homage to the Emir during a fast breaking in Ramadan and another invitation with reference number REC/HD/1/V1/003 for them to participate in arrangement for the celebration of Eid-el-fitr at the Emir’s place.
It noted that the District Heads neither honoured any of the invitations nor did they give reasons for their absence.
The letter demanded them to reply within 24 hours why disciplinary action should not be taken against them.
