New Year: ANP Calls For Peaceful Coexistence

The chairman of the Alliance National Party (ANP), Kaduna State, Sadiq Umar Ashafa has appealed to the people of the state to use the New Year, 2019 as a period to promote peaceful coexistence that will usher prosperity and a peaceful election in the state.

 This was contained in a statement he personally signed and made available to newsmen on Monday December 31, 2018.

“I urge the people of Kaduna to use this New Year and live harmoniously with one another for the enhancement of a Peaceful Election,” he said.

While felicitating with the entire people of Kaduna State, he wished them a prosperous Happy New Year Anniversary, 2019.

The statement further informed that the leadership of Alliance National Party wishes to convey its sincere condolences to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria,  Muhammad Buhari, His Eminence, Alhaji Sa’ad Abubakar, the entire family and people of Sokoto State for the demise of the First Executive President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Alhaji Aliyu Shehu Shagari.

He prayed for his gentle soul rest in perfect peace, while adding that he will be  greatly missed by Nigerians.
