Kano State Governor Dr. Abdullahi Umar has sent three letters to the House of Assembly nominating Mutari Ishaq Yakasai, Engr. Bashir Yahaya Karaye, Shehu Kura Na-Allah, and Muhammad Tahir Adam for the post of Commissioners.
Speaker, Kano State House of Assembly Kabiru Alhassan Rurum read the letters at plenary on Thursday.

During the plenary presided by the Speaker, Kabiru Alhassan Rurum, requested the nominees to appear before the House next Wednesday for screening, while the other committee for Public Account is slated to supervise the screening of the Auditor-General for confirmation.
The House is scheduled to receive and pass the final appropriation report on Monday and forward it to Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje for immediate implementation in the coming year, 2019.
