Senate President Bukola Saraki has pulled out of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
The senate president made his decision known on Tuesday evening.
Saraki has been having a running battle with the federal government, the latest leading to a police siege on his Abuja residence.
The police said the armed robbers who raided five commercial banks in Offa, Kwara state, indicted the nation’s number three citizen, an allegation Saraki denied.
