Kano House of Assembly has denied reports of 22 members of the ruling APC defecting to PDP.
The Majority Leader of the House Alhaji Muhammed Bello Butu- Butu said there is no iota of truth in the report as no member of the Assembly indicated any intention to defect to any party.
He denied the defection story during a news conference on Tuesday in Kano.
Alhaji Muhammed Bello Butu- Butu representing Tofa and Rimin Gado at the assembly said that even the six APC member supporting Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso did not indicate intention to defect to any party.
Solacebase gathered that six APC members of the house loyal to the Kwankwasiyya group have being holding meetings and a source noted that after the meeting on Tuesday night their decision will be made known.
However an impeccable source informed Solacebase that apart from the Kwankwasiyya group , some other members would defect with them to PDP
