Oshiomole Emerges APC National Chairman As Crisis Erupt Among Some Delegates

Former Edo state governor Comrade Adams Oshiomole has emerged national chairman of the All Progressive Congress, APC.

The APC Convention Chairman Alhaji Muhammad Badaru Abubakar announced this on Saturday during the convention as the candidate emerged unopposed.

Alhaji Muhammad Badaru Abubakar who is also Jigawa state governor after calling for affirmation of the unopposed candidates, announced their emergence.

He said thirteen other candidates emerged unopposed including Alhaji Ibrahim Masari national secretary,  Zakari Mohammed North central leader, Abubakar Sadiq, zonal secretary North East among others.

Meanwhile President Muhammadu Buhari in a remark at the convention appreciate the efforts and contribution of the foremost executives and party leaders.

Also ,outgoing APC Chiarman, Chief John Oyegun commended the party members to have been able to organize the convention ,appealing to in coming executives to sustain the unity in the party.

Although there was crisis within the Imo state delegates which was later brought under control the situation in Delta delegates camp was serious as they were throwing chairs against each other.
